Soy Milk Pudding

Black Soya Milk Pudding

This is an easy and quick dessert recipe.

Cooking time: 15-20 mins
Chilling time: 2 hours 30 mins
Serve: 4

V-Soy Multigrain Pandan Gelatin

Ingredients:
1. Soy Milk 1 L (I'm using black sesame flavored soy milk but you can use any soy milk you like)
2. Pandan Leave 1 pc, tie a knot
3. Jelly Powder 20 g

Method:
Making Soy Milk Pudding
1. Bring the soy milk and pandan leave to boil.

Blooming Gelatin Powder

2. In the meantime, add water to the jelly powder and let it 'bloom'. Stir well. This is to enhance the solubility of the individual jelly powder granules when put into heat.
3. Once the soy milk starts to boil, add the jelly powder and stir well for about 1 minute. Remove the pandan leave. Skim off the skin layer and excess bubbles.

 4. Pour the mixture into bowls. Let it cool down for about 30 minutes before transferring into the fridge. Chill for 2 hours until the pudding is set.

Happy trying! :D
