Application for Extension of Visit Pass (Malaysian Spouse Visa)

Actually I went to Immigration the other day to apply for the approval to work. When I submitted my documents to the officer for that purpose, she checked my visa will expire soon within 3 months, she offered me to extend my visa for 2 years and pay on the spot, so why not right???


So here's what I need to do:
1. Fill in the Application for Extension of Visit Pass Form
2. Fill in 'Permohonan Untuk Visa Form'
3. Attach with 'Surat Akuan Sumpah Suami Isteri Form'
4. Spouse's photocopy IC
5. My own passport

Processing time: 1 working day
Fee: RM 210 
Final Output: Passport with 2-year Social Visit Pass (multiple entry visa) + Official Receipts

NOTE: 

- All photocopied documents should be in A4 size and accompanied by the originals
- At the time of application (submission of documents & application form), both the applicant and the spouse must be present.

- Collection of passport can be done by the applicant herself/himself. IMPORTANT to double check the name and passport details are correct before you leave.
- You may check out the nearest Immigration Office in your state here (best to call the number to verify if the address still exist).
