Pork Floss Omelette


Sometimes you have to be creative in using what you have to create a meal. This is just something that I have on hand and put it together as an omelette.



Ingredients & method:

- Prepare 2 eggs beaten with 1 tsp water, little salt & pepper to taste and chopped spring onion. Beat until the eggs turns pale.
- Heat up the skillet with some oil and pour in the eggs.
- Put some pork floss on half circle of the omelette only. and squeeze some Japanese mayonnaise. Top with some more pork floss.
- Close the omelette and let it cook for 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook another side for another 1-2 minutes and it's done.
