Baked Crispy Fish Fingers

Ingredients:


250 g white fish fillet, cut into finger size
75 g pre-made compound butter
100 g breadcrumb (click here on how to make homemade breadcrumbs)
1 egg (white only), whisk until foamy
Salt, pepper to taste
Some flour to dust

Method:


1. Season the fish with some salt and white pepper.
2. Meanwhile, microwave the compound butter until melted then mix into the breadcrumb
3. Dust the fish with some flour then dip into the egg white then the breadcrumbs. Place it on a baking tray.
4. Bake the fish at 175 C for about 20 minutes.


Make: 2-3 servings
