Making Compound Butter

Compound butter is a very versatile thing for cooking. It can be used in many dishes e.g. garlic bread, chicken, fish, prawn or steak.

Ingredients:


50 g unsalted butter at room temperature
1 tsp chopped garlic (or substitute with Worldfoods garlic paste)
1/2 tsp chopped ginger (or substitute with Worldfoods ginger paste)
1 tsp chopped parsley 
1/2 tsp salt

Method: 

Mix everything together. Then roll it in a cling wrap. Store it in the fridge. It can last 1-2 weeks or up to a month if it is stored in freezer.
