15-min Yoga Sun Salutation



My first video on yoga tutorial - Basic Sun Salutation for beginners. It is a great way to stretch out the whole body muscles and anybody can do this at home. Normally, I repeat these 3 sets (as shown in the video) few times which takes about 15-20 minutes, plus some warming up and cooling down. So the total time for my yoga is about half an hour.
