Homemade Breadcrumbs from Leftover Bread

Here's a quick tip to make use of leftover bread. 

When you have leftover bread, don't throw them away. Freeze it if you don't have time to process it immediately. Then, whenever you are ready, take them out, cut it into chunks and blitz in a food processor until it's fine.

Then bake it in the oven at 100C for 35-45 minutes until it's dry out. There you have it, homemade breadcrumbs.
