Baked Egg Cups

Another fun and easy breakfast idea. Baked egg cups. I did 2 versions - with toasts and with bacons.

Here's how, you'll need:

2 eggs
1 white bread (for the base)
2 white breads or 4 bacon strips (for the sides)
Some honey
Some butter, melted
Salt & pepper

Method:

1. Prepare the muffin tin by brushing it with some butter. Preheat the oven at 180 C.
2. Cut out the bread for the base, according to the size of your muffin tin. Set aside.
3. For the side, cut out the bread according to the depth of the muffin tin. If you're using bacon, that's fine.
4. Start with lining the side first. Overlay the breads or the bacons until the sides are all covered. Then stuck the bread as the base of the egg cups.
5. Brush the bread with the melted butter and bake in the oven for 4-5 minutes.
6. Take out it from the oven and brush the bread (and bacon) with some honey. Crack the egg in a bowl first then pour into the 'mould'.
7. Now bake the egg for about 5-8 minutes until the egg white is firm and it's almost set.
8. Season with salt and pepper.
