How to Make Silky Scrambled Eggs

This method is taught by Chef Gordon Ramsay which I think it works brilliantly.


Here's the ingredients you need for making scrambled eggs:

2 beaten eggs
2 knobs of butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Method:
1. Using a small sauce pan, heat up one knob of butter.
2. Pour the beaten eggs into the saucepan, stir it constantly. Constantly move the saucepan on and off the heat. Always scrap the bottom and let another layer cook.
3. Add another knob of butter and stir it.
4. When the egg is still runny but has a dollop consistency, off the heat and transfer to a plate.
5. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with some toasts.
