I love having some fruits during breakfast. This is a great combination of carb and fibres for a healthy morning meal.
Mix together:
2 eggs
little milk
little vanilla essence
2 tsp caster sugar
pinch of salt
few bread slices
butter
vegetable oil
icing sugar for finishing
any fruits (mango, kiwi, banana, grapes, etc.)
Method:
1. Heat up the pan with butter and oil.
2. Dip the bread slices in the egg mixture. Cook the bread on a medium heat. After a while, you might need to turn to medium low when the pan is getting hotter.
3. Cook the french toast for 4-5 minutes on each side until it's golden brown.
4. Dust the french toast with some icing sugar.
5. Serve with some fresh fruits.
